| Description | PURPOSE
"Our purpose is to build a Christ-centered church where God is magnified and exalted, and each person finds Christ's love and direction for their lives; being trained, equipped, and empowered to serve the family, the church, the community, and the world."
VISION
Our vision is based on 2 Corinthians 5:17 — Therefore, if anyone is in Christ he is a new creation, the old has gone, the new has come." That is why we seek to:

" WHAT WE BELIEVE"
SCRIPTURE
We believe in the plenary-verbal inspiration of the accepted canon of the Scriptures as originally given and that they are infallibly and uniquely authoritative and free from error of any sort in all matters with which they deal, including scientific and historical as well as moral and theological. (I Timothy 3 :16; I Corinthians 2:13)
GOD HIMSELF
We believe in the Eternal Godhead who has revealed Himself as ONE God existing in THREE persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit; distinguishable but indivisible. (Matthew 28:19; II Corinthians 13-14)
BIBLICAL HISTORY
We believe in the full historicity and perspicuity of the Biblical record of primeval history, including the literal existence of Adam and Eve as the progenitors of all people, the literal fall and resultant divine curse on the creation, the worldwide cataclysmic deluge, and the origin of nations and languages at the tower of Babel. (Genesis 1-11)
CREATION
We believe in the creation, test and fall of man as recorded in Genesis; his total spiritual depravity and inability to attain to divine righteousness. (Romans 3:10-1
THE LORD JESUS CHRIST
We believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, the Savior of men, conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, very God and very man. (Luke 1:26-35; John 1:18; Isaiah 7: 14; 9: 16)
CHRIST'S DEATH & RESURRECTION
We believe Christ died for our sins, was buried and rose again the third day, and personally appeared to His disciples. (I Corinthians 15: 1 4; Romans 4:25)
CHRIST'S BODILY ASCENSION
We believe in the bodily ascension of Jesus to heaven, His exaltation and personal, literal and bodily coming again the second time for the Church. (John 14:2-3; 1 Thes 4: 13-1
SALVATION BY GRACE THROUGH FAITH
We believe in the salvation of sinners by grace, through repentance and faith in the perfect and sufficient work of the cross of Calvary by which we obtain remission of sins. (Ephesians 2:8-9; Hebrews 9: 12, 22; Romans 5: 11)
WATER BAPTISM
We believe in the necessity of water baptism by immersion in the name of the Eternal Godhead in order to fulfill the command of Christ. (Matthew 28;19; Acts 2:34-36; 19:1-6)
BAPTISM OF THE HOLY SPIRIT
We believe in the baptism of the Holy Sprit as an experience subsequent to salvation. (Acts 2:1-4; 8:14 17; 10:44-46; Galatians 3:14-15)
THE GIFTS OF THE SPIRIT
We believe in the operation of the gifts of the Spirit as manifested in the Early Church. (I Corinthians 12-14)
SPIRIT-FILLED LIVING
We believe in the Spirit-filled life, a life of separation from the world and perfecting holiness in the fear of God as an expression of Christian faith. (Ephesians 5:18; I Corinthians 6: 14; 7:1)
HEALING
We believe in the healing of the body by Divine Power, or Divine healing in its varied aspects as practiced in the Early Church. (Acts 4:30; Romans 8: 11; I Corinthians 12:9; James 5:1 )
DELIVERANCE
We believe that the ministry of Jesus according to 1 John 3:8 was to destroy the works of the devil. Since we are to fulfill the great commission according to the commandments of Jesus, we too believe in tearing down strongholds in people's lives with the weapons given to us by God. (2 Corinthians 10:4, Matthew 18:1
COMMUNION
We believe in the Table of the Lord, commonly called Communion or the Lord's Supper, for believers. (I Corinthians 11:28-32)
ETERNAL LIFE
We believe in eternal life for believers (John 5:24; 3: 16) and eternal punishment for unbelievers (Mark 9:43-58; II Thessalonians 1:9; Revelation 20: 10-15)
SATAN AND HIS JUDGEMENT
We believe in the reality and personality of Satan and eternal judgment of Satan and his angels. (Matthew 25:41; Revelation 20:10-15)

"OUR HISTORY"
Bible Church was pioneered in 2001 by Pastor Brad Neuschwander, his wife, Jennifer, their daughter, Jacquelyn, and a group of families from the Eugene-Springfield area. The church was sent out by Eugene Christian Fellowship pastored by Gary Clark. Brad and Jennifer were on staff for almost eight years, ministering from the middle school to the associate level. Brad and Jennifer were long time members serving Eugene Christian Fellowship for over fifteen years, and it was even where they met and were married. Pastor Brad holds a Bachelor’s degree from Northwest Christian College.
July 15, 2001 was the send off service for the team that would locate to Harrisburg, Oregon. Starting with a team of 30 we had our first services in a little country school. On September 1st, the Lord opened the door to lease the facilities of the Church of God Seventh Day for use on Sunday mornings. From that first Sunday in July the Lord continued to add to our numbers until incredibly, on March 24th we were forced to go to two Sunday morning services. In September of 2003, we were in for another incredible move! With room running out at the Church of God Seventh Day, we were forced to find a bigger location. We have begun the search for property on which we can build and expand. At the same time, Wyatt School in Harrisburg closed, and God opened the door for us to lease the facilities while we plan and build our own facility. We completely renovated the gymnasium and changed it into an incredibly beautiful sanctuary with an even more incredible sound system! We began with one service the first week of October, since we now had much more room; but the Holy Spirit had different plans and we soon ran out of room there.
We now are holding four services at two locations! One in Alpine at the corner of Bellfountain and Webster at 10:00 a.m. and three services at the old Wyatt School building @ 21211 Coburg Road; one on Saturday nights at 6:30 p.m. and two on Sunday mornings at 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Not to mention all the other events and services we offer! Although we are filling these up quickly, there is still room for YOU! Please come and visit us; experience the love and power of God’s presence.

Bob and Sharon bring a powerful and prophetic aspect of prayer, worship, intercession, and wisdom to our church. With us from the earliest days of Life Bible, Bob and Sharon are amazing in their roles as oversight and support for the leadership of the house. They currently live in Springfield, but don’t allow that drive to sway them from being a vital part of every service and event at the church. If you are at the church for any more than five minutes, you will probably meet this friendly and loving “mom and dad” couple and immediately feel at home. They serve with Pastor Ron and Rhonda as local elders in the church.
