Cardnials, Blue Jays, Gold Finches and Purple Martins)organic gardening, quilting, The Amish life style, cooking home made "real food" nothing boxed, home decorating, puppet skits, plays, volleyball, camping, hiking, fishing, ice skating, Colts football, Pacer's basketball,counseling and praying for those in need, horseback riding, Ebay & chocolate!
My favorite thing to do is sit outside on our porch swing and do our family devotion.

Paige graduates in Dec. and will be going into Amish Ministries (its being a Missionary to the Amish).

I listen to Christian music. My favorites are Needtobreathe, DecembeRadio,Skillet,Kutless,tobyMac, Third Day, Newsboys,Chris Tomlin ,Jeremy Camp, Matthew West, Joyful Noise (our Southern gospel group at church), Daughtery family, Reliant K.
I also love classical music. Beethoven is my favorite. |

Fox News....ONLY Fox News! If I watch a program it is usually something to do with history or animals. When we go on vacation I love to watch the weather channel.

There are so many....
Being a kid and waking up every Saturday morning to the smell of Pine Sol..it was moms cleaning day and she always had a Tiger tail and chocolate milk on the table waiting for me.
.
Having all of my children. I was told that I would never be able to have children and God has blessed me with 5!
When my four oldest decided to follow Jesus. Sierra recently asked Jesus into her heart!!! Whoohoo!
Being a preacher's wife we are able to see so many transform their lives and it always amazes me to watch God work in the lives of others....the memory of each person that we have been allowed to witness this of.
Our family best friend, Ken. He was such a great man with a heart for Jesus. He died on May 1st, 2007. All of my memories of him are wonderful even when he was dieing in the hospital because although he knew that he was passing you could see Jesus in him.
Waking up on Christmas with my mom. We always stayed home and roasted marshmallows on Christmas...it was a special time just between us.
Working with my dad on Saturday mornings...I hated it then, but cherish the memory now.
The day that I realized that I needed to give all of me to God not just a little. This was just a few months ago and the transformation has been totally life changing! God is so good!

The Holy Bible..especially Psalms and Revelation.
Beverly Lewis, Wanda Brunstetter, Mary Borntrager books..My grandpa was Amish so I love to read about their plain lifestyle.
Archie comics...still a kid at heart!
I like to read different devotionals ;ones with a homeschool or stay at home mom theme. |

About me:
Hi! I'm Renae (Sigler) Storm. I am a stay at home mom and I LOVE it! My children are a true joy. My husband is a Pastor, Probation Officer,EMS driver as well as the Chaplin for our local police force...strange mix, but we don't have to worry about the boys going after our daughters! lol
We have 5 children that I love, love, love! Paige 17, Savannah 13, Ryan 11 (the only boy), Sierra 7 and Rebekah 3. We are very blessed that God has allowed us to homeschool our children for 12 years! Paul (my husband) and I have been at our current church for a little over 5 years. God has allowed us to be at a very loving and God seeking church filled with people that we consider family. We love our church family and enjoy being able to help them through lifes circumstances. We are also thrilled that they help us through our troubles!
My husband and I do marriage counseling for couples within our local community.
Currently, I sell misc. items over the internet. Mostly homeschool books.
We are a close and very happy family. We grow stronger through the trials and tribulations of life. We love Jesus and do the best we can to follow Him even when not popular by family or friends. He leads us, not the world or ungodly.
As a family we love to worship the one and only true God who created us through Scripture reading & song. God is so good! We like to take nature walks, go to museums and play games like Dutch Blitz and Phase 10 together. A strange thing we do is "people watch". We like to watch people and make up what we think that they are saying or thinking. It's a riot, sometimes! My son always gets us rolling!
God has brought my family through much heartache in 2007. We thank Him for strength, peace, comfort, joy and love that only He can give. He truly is an awesome God! He has blessed us tremendously with a wonderful end to 2007 and a fabulous beginning of 2008! Praise to my Heavenly Father!
He has given us so much to be thankful for.
